This title is awarded each year by appointment as a part of the anniversary celebrations of IDQ&F and CDQ&F. As most of you know, no elections are involved with this title(s). It is given in honour and respect of the individual and/or individuals for their efforts for the community.  No duties or tasks are required to be done while holding this title; it is just to show the importance of the work one has done for the LGBTQ2 communities over the years.  The Grand Matriarch appoints this title after consultation with the IDQ&F Heirs.
